TROPF Experience

The Thornhill Rites of Passage Foundation offers experiences that build the Core4 - character, competitiveness, competence and citizenship to empower young men of color from diverse economic backgrounds.

The HūMan Rites of Passage Program (HūROP) is a year-long program for young men of color in grades 7th and 8th, which includes monthly sessions and a culminating ceremony. Twelve young men are selected for each cohort. Program fees are $3000 and inclusive of all experiences.

Applications for the 2026-2027 Cohort must be submitted by May 1, 2026. Applicants are notified of acceptance by June 1 and confirm participation by June 15.
