A Year-Round, Life-Long Leadership Ladder
The Thornhill Rites of Passage Foundation delivers a thoughtfully curated, culturally anchored, and experientially empowering curriculum that shapes young men from Grade 6 onward. Each program is impactful in the present and essential for a limitless future.
Mission
To equip and embolden young men to navigate unique cultural challenges—social, economic, and developmental—by fortifying the Core4: Character, Competence, Competitiveness, and Citizenship. Our aim: access without limits, leadership without fear, and legacy without compromise.

The Four Pillars of Programming
HūROP Year-Round Rites of Passage Experience
Our flagship 7th–9th grade journey of mentorship, manhood, and mastery. This experiential rite lays the foundation for lifelong growth through the HūMan Rites of Passage Leadership Continuum—connecting alumni via peer mentoring, college prep, internships, career development, and personal advancement. Each cohort bonds through the ceremonial challenge coin exchange, passing forward legacy, leadership, and loyalty.
M3 Conference — Mindset. Momentum. Movement.
A two-day, midterm momentum reset for Grades 5–10—combining culturally relevant content, inspirational leadership training, and authentic role model engagement. M3 helps participants reflect, refocus, and recharge for academic and personal success.
